We have taken all appropriate measures, strictly observing the health protocols of Greece’s National Health Organization and conforming with directives issued by the Ministry of Tourism. Your enjoyable and safe hospitality experience remains a top priority for us. Our team will keep you updated on all measures taken during the global pandemic.


The Human Resources Department of Aria Hotels continuously informs and trains its staff regarding the proper implementation of safety measures in the workplace. Our staff use environmentally friendly, reusable personal protective equipment, including gloves and masks.


The Reservations Department of Aria Hotels encourages its guests to check-in online. This safe, contactless process, helps to alleviate crowding in the reception area. Access keys and room cards are constantly disinfected, making the check-in & check-out process safe. Once cleaned and disinfected according to prevailing safety protocols, all rooms display a verification notice as required by law, to confirm that the room is safe for occupation. Our staff have prepared a special kit for each room, including antiseptic gel, disposable gloves and masks, antiseptic wipes, an apron, a long-sleeved robe and an infrared thermometer.


The staff of Aria Hotels frequently disinfects elevators, handrails, door handles, switches & buttons, concentrating on surfaces that are most frequently touched. We have implemented all necessary measures and we are constantly reminding our guests of the need for social distancing. In all common areas, we have installed stations for the dispensing of antiseptic gels. Following regulations, our staff have rearranged furniture in order to prevent the gathering of large groups in common areas.


In the areas where breakfast is served, as well as in our restaurants, all necessary food hygiene regulations are being implemented. For the disposal and collection of used utensils, appropriate hygiene procedures are being followed.
