Milaki Kimolos is just a few minutes’ walk from Psathi, Kimolos’s port, and very close to ‘Chorio’, the island’s charming principal village. This traditional, uncomplicated property comprises seven rooms, all newly furnished, with COCO-MAT queen-size beds and (in the largest rooms) sofa beds, plus a bathroom with shower.

Our Aria service team is on-hand to provide daily housekeeping. We can also arrange car rental, restaurant bookings, excursions and much more to make your stay on the beautiful island of Kimolos inspiring and memorable!

Accommodation at Milaki Kimolos

Goupa & Rema Rooms

Rema & Goupa (25m2) are two refurbished double rooms at the front side of the complex, offering a garden view, and are equipped with a double COCO-MAT® bed and a bathroom with shower.
Goupa also includes a single armchair bed.

Prassa & Aliki Rooms

Prassa (34 m²) is a refurbished family room for up to four people at the back side of the complex, offering a mountain view. It is equipped with a double COCO-MAT^® bed, a sofa-bed (130 * 190 cm), in open plan style, and a bathroom with shower.

Aliki (34 m²) is a refurbished family room for up to four people at the front side of the complex, offering a garden view, and is equipped with a double COCO-MAT^® bed, a sofa-bed (130 * 190 cm) in open plan style, and a bathroom with shower.

Klima & Soufi Superior Double Rooms

Klima & Soufi Superior Double Rooms (28m2) are two carefully refurbished rooms with a mountain views. Both rooms are equipped with a double COCO-MAT® bed, a single armchair bed, and a fully renovated bathroom with a shower.

Skiadi Deluxe Room

Skiadi Deluxe room (34sqm2), is the spacious new addition to the complex, settled on the front side, with beautiful garden views. It comprises a queen-size COCO-MAT® bed, a comfortable sofa bed, a large walk in closet and an airy shower with a separate WC.

It can accommodate up to three people and has a balcony right above the street.

*Pets under 10kg are welcome upon request & a pet fee of 25 € per stay will be applied.

How to get there

Kimolos is easily accessible from Piraeus via regular direct ferry connections, with a travel time of approximately 3.5 hours. It is also accessible from Lavrio, with regular ferry services operating throughout the year, including up to 6 days per week depending on the season, with travel times ranging from approximately 4 to 5.5 hours depending on the route and intermediate stops.

Kimolos is also accessible from nearby Cycladic islands such as Milos, Sifnos, Serifos, Folegandros, Sikinos, Ios, and Santorini.

The main arrival port is Psathi, Kimolos, where local taxis or transfers are available to each property. Helicopter or private transfers can also be arranged upon request, subject to availability.

Our Aria team is available to assist with all travel arrangements to ensure a smooth arrival.

Milaki Kimolos is located approximately 450 m from Psathi port. From the port, follow the main road uphill towards Chorio village. After about 300 metres, at the fork, continue straight following the Aria properties signage for Milaki. Continue for a further 50 metres, where you will see the sign for Milaki Kimolos on your left. You have arrived at your destination.

Chorio village offers essential amenities including a clinic, pharmacy, post office, bakeries, cafes, tavernas, restaurants, mini markets, and shops. A gas station is located in nearby Agios Nikolaos.
