On entering the villa, there is an open plan structure with a living room, dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. The living room offers unobstructed and truly awe-inspiring views of the Messinian Bay.
A hallway leads to the three spacious bedrooms, each on a separate level with ensuite bathrooms, securing the utmost privacy even among the guests.
The ground and first floor bedrooms also have dedicated working areas for those who simply must do some holiday work and comfortable private balconies for when you need to take a break.
Further, art of the villa is an exclusive apartment for 2 people with a separate entrance for additional privacy.
It features a living room with a fully equipped open plan kitchen, WC, as well as an outdoor terrace with pergola.
