Welcome to Alikaki Kimolos, our attractive three-studio complex with panoramic views of Aliki beach nearby, in all its natural beauty, and amazing vistas of the Aegean sea.

This traditional Cycladic property has been sensitively developed and updated to create three modern studio dwellings, perfect for visitors to Kimolos who enjoy the beach environment and island lifestyle. In the recognizable architectural style of these famous islands, each studio property offers spacious parking area, large garden and unique view of the sea with its sumptuous sunsets. All three studios come with patio space and shaded terraces for ultimate relaxation and serenity.

Situated on top of a small hill, Aliki beach, one of Kimolos’s most beautiful sandy beaches is a few meters away!

Accommodation at Alikaki

Alikaki comprises three beautiful, newly furnished studios, each with its own comfortable terrace offering amazing views over the Aegean sea. Situated at the summit of a small hill, the Aliki beach, one of the most beautiful on Kimolos, is just 600 meters.

Each one of these unique studios has a fully-equipped kitchenette, bathroom with shower, and bedroom. Depending on the type, our rooms can comfortably accommodate up to four people.

*Pets under 10kg are welcome upon request & a pet fee of 25 € per stay will be applied.

KIMOLOS

How to get there

Kimolos is easily accessible from Piraeus via regular direct ferry connections, with a travel time of approximately 3.5 hours. It is also accessible from nearby Cycladic islands such as Milos, Sifnos, and Serifos. The main arrival port is Psathi, Kimolos, where local taxis or transfers are available to each property. Helicopter or private transfers can be arranged upon request, subject to availability. Our Aria team is available to assist with all travel arrangements to ensure a smooth arrival.

Aria Kimolos Residence is located at the entrance of Chorio village, approximately 1 km from Psathi port. From the port, follow the road uphill towards Chorio village. After about 300 metres, at the fork, turn left and follow signs towards Chorio. A parking area is available nearby.

Chorio village offers essential amenities including a clinic, pharmacy, post office, bakeries, cafes, tavernas, restaurants, mini markets, and shops. A gas station is located in nearby Agios Nikolaos. THINGS TO DO
