Once used as a boat shed, this completely independent beach house, located on the beach of Zacharias, is the ultimate destination for a relaxing holiday!

Our Aria service team is on-hand to provide daily housekeeping, arrange car rentals, restaurant bookings, excursions and much more to make your stay on the beautiful island of Kimolos inspiring and memorable!

Thalassa Beach House (40 m2) comprises of a fully equipped open kitchen, dining area, double bed, sofa-bed plus a bathroom with shower – all finished to a very high standard. A parking area is also available nearby.

On the veranda outside the house guests can enjoy uninterrupted sea views. Private deck chairs plus umbrella are provided on the beach.

Finding the Τhalassa Beach House

Thalassa Beach House, located at Zaharias Beach, is 2kms away from the port of Kimolos, Psathi.
Coming out from the boat, you follow the cars that exit the port and take the slightly uphill road that leads you to the main (and only!) village Chorio. After approximately 100 meters, where the road forks, you must continue straight. We also have a sign at that point that shows the direction for all Aria Hotel properties of the island. Just follow the one for Thalassa Beach House.
You continue straight (passing the sign towards the Windmill Hotel & Café), direction right at the next split of the street.
20m further uphill there is a road sign pointing towards Prassa, Ag. Minas etc. You turn right.
Continue straight and on your right hand side you will see a sign pointing towards Goupa. Do not take the downhill road but continue straight and slightly uphill.
100m before reaching the gas station there is a sign pointing right towards Thalassa Bach House. Go down the rough dirt road and at the concrete flat area make a left. At the end of that path you can park the car. Thalassa Beach House is 50 m. from that point.

Useful information about the main village "Chorio"
At the main village of "Chorio" there is a community clinic, a post office, and a pharmacy along with bakeries, cafes, tavernas, restaurants, general stores, mini markets, bars and gift shops.
There is a gas station in the nearby village of Agios Nikolaos. THINGS TO DO
