Sui Generis Villa is one of the newest villas in Kefalonia and may accommodate up to 6 people.
It is split into two levels and features 3 bedrooms with private bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms, including the master bedroom, are located on the pool level. The Master bedroom features also a spacious en-suite bathroom with a free-standing designer’s bathtub and walk-in shower. The villa also features a steam bath (Turkish bath).
The first level includes a fully equipped kitchen with modern facilities, dining, and living area facilities in open-plan style as well as a cozy fireplace for the chilly spring or autumn evenings. This level also features one bedroom with a private bathroom. A lovely balcony offers unobstructed views of the Ionian Sea and the island’s rich nature.
