Kipi Suites is an exclusive mountain lodge nestled in the magical network of mountains, valleys, and rivers in Zagori, North West Greece. Located just half an hour from Ioannina, it sits atop the historic village of Kipi. Its eight luxurious suites and terraces offer panoramic views of the village, Mount Mitsikeli, the Baya River, and Milos—one of the many stone bridges connecting the traditional villages of the area. Throughout the seasons, Kipi Suites provides a perfect escape for lovers of nature and authentic country living.

The lodge has been developed from two Zagori village houses dating back to 1850, with three additional buildings added to blend seamlessly with the original property. The traditional exterior façades have been carefully preserved, while the interiors feature a contemporary, elegant design. All materials used for the construction, renovation, and maintenance of Kipi Suites are environmentally friendly, with special attention given to energy and water conservation throughout the property.
