Cape Kitries is located near the capital of Messinia, in the picturesque fishing village of Kitries.

The complex, which extends on three levels, is surrounded by flower gardens and a beach with exclusive access. It has 3 luxurious and comfortable apartments with excellent views of the Messinian Bay from which guests can enjoy the most beautiful sunsets in the area.

The apartments are independent and fully equipped with all modern comforts. Guests enjoy the pool and the sunset deck and have at their disposal access to the sea for enjoyable swimming in the turquoise waters of Messinian Bay.

Accommodation at Cape Kitries

The Cape Kitries complex is surrounded by flourishing gardens and is spread over three levels, comprising three apartments. All apartments have access to the swimming pool deck as well as the beach located in front of the complex. The property enjoys wonderful sunsets over the Messinian Bay.

Exclusive Use

Cape Kitries is ideal for friends & family holidays using our exclusivity option. Guests use all complex facilities privately and can accommodate 10 to 12 people.

Apartment 1

Apartment Number One (48 sq.m.) is located on the second level of the property and offers breathtaking views of the Messinian Bay. It features a master bedroom with a private balcony and en-suite bathroom, as well as an attic twin bedroom accessed by a few stairs. The apartment also includes a spacious living room and a dining area that opens onto its own private terrace.

Apartment 2

Apartment Νumber Τwo (44 sq.m.) is on the first level of the property. It includes two separate master bedrooms each one with an en-suite bathroom.

Apartment 3

Apartment Νumber Τhree (34 sq.m.) is on the ground level. It features a master bedroom with a walk-in wardrobe. There is a spacious living room with a sofa bed, leading to a private balcony with views of the swimming pool and sea.
